This has been my finest work, admittedly. Manchester Oblique was a blog birthed out of my love for architecture, history, futurism, design, writing and photography. Part urban exploration, part research and conjecture, I scoured Manchester’s buildings and spaces for their past, present and future effects on our daily lives.
From documenting UNH’s stillborn campus on Hackett Hill to piecing together maps of the Millyard’s old waterways, the blog garnered a considerable amount of local attention, especially when you consider the niche audience that it was serving. I hope to revisit Manchester Oblique again in the future.
